We purchased a vehicle, from out of state, completely hassel-free. A full carfax was provided, a breakdown of items Merit Auto intended to complete prior to delivery, a timeline to estimated arrival, and full instructions of what do do if we experience anything unexpected. Artem was phenominal in assisting us. He answered my laundry list of questions with ease and documented proof. Fantastic experience!
