We purchased our vehicle over the phone from North Carolina with Nash and had the car shipped to us from Florida. Nash was wonderful and did a video tour of the vehicle for us. The car arrived as scheduled and we absolutely love it!

I had a very satisfactory experience with Merit Auto Group during a recent purchase out-of-state. I had the vehicle shipped to me which I had never done before. All worked very well.
Everyone I was involved with was very professional and made my purchase an easy one. My sales contact, Artem, answered all of my questions (even ones that required him researching), took additional pictures and videos of the car, and was responsive during the entire transaction.

I stopped by Merit Auto Group today to look at a Ram 2500. After meeting with the salesman Robert and looking at the vehicle I decided to see what I could get for my trade in. They offered me a fair amount for my trade and a great deal on my new Ram. It was a great experience dealing with Robert and the Merit auto Group.

Artem helped me purchase a 2018 Mercedes-Benz GLE 350. George finance manager got me a better rate than all the local credit unions. Would recommend this dealership to anyone local and out of state since they do a lot a remote deals! 5 stars all around
