Dimtriy was very nice and helpful allowed me to drive the car I wanted to purchase even due to new rules around the parking lot I gave him hard time but still was nice and Giulia was nice and we out the way to put in the effort to keep showing me options/very helpful with information on cars with this being my first purchase.

Called Merit Auto group On a Saturday morning and Artem scheduled us an appointment for Saturday afternoon. The truck was ready for us when we got there, we took a test drive, everything was great and we went back to the showroom and we made a deal. We had a minor hiccup with the bank but Artem worked that out and I drove away a happy camper. I would not hesitate to deal with them again. Everyone we encountered at the showroom was professional and nice.

I really liked the professionalism combined with a very good attitude towards customers. The order was completed very qualitatively and on budget. They did not do unnecessary work to increase the check for payment, but explained that there was no need for what I, not understanding technology, ordered to be done. They patiently spent time explaining the details of the repair to me and dispelling my fears! Thank God for this approach! THANK YOU!

Nash was awesome through the whole experience! We drove 5 hours from mobile and got here with 2 left before closing and they had everything ready and was the easy experience I’ve ever had buying a car!

Igor and Spencer are the Shaq and Kobe of the Used car business! They were very helpful, informative, and knew their stuff. They didn't try to sell me what they thought would work for me; rather, I told them exactly what I wanted, and they did their magic and made it happen. I walked out of there with an interest rate better than my credit union, which made my payments lower than expected. All I can say is "they're the REAL DEAL! I'm coming back when it's time for me to upgrade.
