Had a great experience at Merit Auto Group. Dmitriy was awesome to work with—super patient, never pushy, and very flexible throughout the whole process. He made everything easy and straightforward, and at no point did we feel like he was trying to hide anything or use the typical car salesman tactics. I continually bring my car here because I trust them. I have never had to bring my car back because of work not done correctly. I have never been over charged for work done. I have a limited income an can't afford shops over charging because I am a women. A lot of time we are taken advantage of. Vin is the service manager I deal with he is the best.

The staff and managers were fantastic to work with, super transparent and extremely helpful. Loved there selection of cars, they cover a wide range of prices which makes shopping easy, and the cars look fantastic, super clean and give you that new car feel leaving the lot. This is definitely a place that I recommend to anyone who is shopping for a car!
