Nash was very helpful with my purchasing process of the 2016 BMW 340i I bought, very helpful not pushy at all. Answered all questions respectfully and in a very professional manner. What a GREAT experience! We were looked down on at Davis jeep Chrysler in yulee, the guy made us feel less than. Arden at Merit was not only a professional but a complete gentleman! Very thankful he was our initial contact. He went to bat for us. He said up front he couldn't promise anything up front but he could promise he would fight for us to make our dream owning this vehicle a reality. So impressed with this young man!
