I Had the best buying experience from Merit auto group .As an out of state buyer and not able to test drive the vehicle I was very anxious and doubtful. But Artem in specific and the rest of the team in general went above and beyond to make the sale pressure free and peace of mind assurance that i haven’t experienced with our local city dealers . I had a great experience this afternoon with Merit Auto Group. My sales representative Dmitriy Demyrov was very helpful with answering all my questions. Demitriy took the time to provide video and detailed pics aside from what was already listed on website. Ahmed the sales manager was also helpful in working with me to get me the best out the door number. Definitely will consider being a repeat customer in the future.
